Unit 1: Personal Development
The Clergy Peer Learning Group (CPLG) meets monthly to to engage with a speaker on various topics in order to help with personal and congregational growth. The first unit covers areas of personal development. We will focus on our strengths using the Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment, discuss our Primary Leadership Component (PLC), reflect on prayer as a foundational piece of the NLI process and learn how emotional intelligence affects the work place.

Unit 2: Congregational Development

The second unit covers areas of congregational development. We will focus on size transitions, vision in uncharted territories, and how to lead and navigate change.

Unit 3: Innovation Preparation
The Clergy Peer Learning Group (CPLG) meets monthly to to engage with a speaker on various topics in order to help with personal and congregational growth. The third and final unit covers areas of innovation. We will begin to look at innovation in the context of an innovators DNA, worship and discipleship.
